The Laser Clinic Group is a registered trading name used by independently operated clinics across the UK. Each clinic is a separate legal entity and is responsible for its own services, staffing, and compliance with healthcare and safety regulations.

Medical Disclaimer

Treatments provided are not without risk. Side effects such as redness, bruising, blistering, or pigmentation may occur. While every effort is made to minimise risks, results vary and no guarantees can be made. All patients are required to sign a consent form prior to treatment, confirming they understand the risks.

Liability

The Laser Clinic Group accepts no liability for services provided by individual clinic operators. Complaints should be directed to the clinic where the treatment was received.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for treatments are subject to clinic discretion. Missed or cancelled appointments without 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances.

Insurance

Each clinic maintains its own public liability and clinical negligence insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request at the clinic where treatment was provided.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
